All text, pictures, logos, product designs on this website belong to Qzear. No unauthorized copy, download, reproduction for commercial use is allowed.
 
3. Pricing & Order Errors
 
All product prices are displayed in USD, tax not included. We reserve the right to correct typos, wrong pricing errors without prior notice. If an obvious incorrect price appears, we may cancel your order and fully refund.
 
4. Shipping Disclaimer
 
All goods ship from China warehouse, delivery time is estimated only. We are not liable for delays caused by customs inspection, holiday logistics peak, natural disasters or courier failures. Import duties are buyer’s sole responsibility.
 
5. Limitation of Liability
 
Under no circumstances shall Qzear compensate for indirect losses, lost profits, work delay losses arising from products or delivery issues. Our maximum compensation amount is equal to your actual order payment value.
 
We do not warrant that product colors, sizes shown on screen will be 100% identical to physical goods, slight color difference caused by display screens is not regarded as defective.
 
6. Prohibited Use
 
You shall not use this website for illegal transactions, fraud, spam attacks, data crawling or malicious hacking. We reserve the right to close your customer account permanently.
 
7. Dispute & Governing Law
 
All disputes between buyers and our store shall be resolved through negotiation first. This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States.
