Shipping Policy
 
1. Processing Time
 
Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and official holidays.
Orders placed before 4 PM (UTC+8) will be shipped out within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed after 4 PM, on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day.
 
2. Shipping Area
 
We only ship to addresses within the United States.
PO boxes, military addresses and remote territories are not supported.
 
3. Shipping Rate & Transit Time
 
Standard Shipping: Flat shipping rate $6.99 per order.
Estimated delivery time: 10–18 calendar days after dispatch.
No free shipping available for all orders.
 
4. Tracking
 
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your package leaves our warehouse.
Tracking updates may be delayed during customs clearance, which is normal.
 
5. Customs & Import Taxes
 
All shipments are DAP. Import duties, VAT and customs fees shall be borne by the buyer. We are not responsible for any customs charges.
 
6. Package Issues
 
1. Wrong shipping address: Please contact us to modify your address within 24 hours after payment. No changes can be made once shipped. Return fees will be deducted from refunds if the package is sent back.

2. Lost parcel: Contact customer service if there is no delivery update for more than 30 days. We will assist with logistics claim, maximum compensation equals your order payment.

3. Damaged items: Take photos of the outer box and damaged goods within 48 hours after receiving, we offer reshipment or partial refund.

4. Refused package: All round-trip shipping and customs costs will be subtracted from your refund amount.
 
7. Notice
 
Delivery may be delayed 3–7 days during holiday shopping seasons due to heavy customs inspection, which cannot be a reason for full refund.
Multiple items may be split into separate packages.
